These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the website, technology, content, and home healthcare services (“Services”) offered by PurpleHeal, a venture of PurpleRibbon Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. (“PurpleHeal”, “we”, or “us”). By using our platform and booking Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. About PurpleHeal

PurpleHeal offers qualified, independent health professionals (“CareGivers”) for in-home medical and personal care Services for individuals (“Patients”) under the banner of PurpleRibbon Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. While we vet and verify the background and credentials of all CareGivers through third-party agencies, the Services are delivered independently by these professionals and not by PurpleHeal directly.

2. Customer Agreement

By using our Services, you agree to the following:

• You are requesting healthcare Services for yourself or a dependent under the guidance of a qualified medical practitioner.
• You acknowledge and accept the potential risks, limitations, and uncertainties associated with home-based care, including lack of guaranteed outcomes.
• PurpleHeal is not liable for any misconduct or professional negligence by CareGivers.
• You commit to providing a safe, respectful, and non-abusive environment for Caregivers.
• You authorize PurpleHeal to collect, use, and share relevant health and personal information of the Patient in anonymized or identifiable formats, as necessary for Service delivery.
• You will pay all applicable fees as per agreed terms, independent of the medical outcome of the Services.

 

3. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be booked through:

• Website: www.purpleheal.com
• Mobile app (when available)
• Customer Care: As provided on the website

A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation via SMS, email, or phone.

 

4. Caregiver Assignment

• PurpleHeal maintains a pool of trained Caregivers and assigns them based on suitability and availability.
• Your preference will be considered, but the final assignment rests with PurpleHeal.
• Continuity with the same Caregiver is not guaranteed, and assignments may change without prior notice.

 

5. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made through approved methods including UPI, net banking, credit/debit card, or bank transfer in favor of PurpleRibbon Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd.
• All invoices must be settled promptly; non-payment may lead to suspension or cancellation of Services.
• All charges are exclusive of applicable GST and other taxes, which will be charged additionally.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and material on www.purpleheal.com are the property of PurpleRibbon Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PurpleHeal or PurpleRibbon Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only), regardless of the cause of action.

 

8. Information You Provide

You agree to:

• Furnish accurate and complete personal and medical information of the Patient.
• Accept responsibility for outcomes arising from false or incomplete information.
• Allow sharing of relevant information with assigned CareGivers to enable effective Service delivery.

 

9. Customized Services & Payment Flow

• We personalize Services based on a consultation to understand your unique needs.
• Service delivery begins only after you approve the care plan and make the required payment (except in emergency scenarios).
• Payment requests may be sent via SMS, email, app, or secure online links using trusted third-party payment gateways.

 

10. Communications

By registering on PurpleHeal, you consent (on behalf of yourself and/or the Patient) to receive:

• Operational communication from PurpleHeal and its Caregivers via SMS, calls, or emails.
• Promotional messages including offers, health tips, newsletters, and service reminders.

 

11. Termination of Service

PurpleHeal reserves the right to discontinue or terminate Services at its discretion, with or without cause, and with prior notice through your registered email or address
